WP1 - Management
- Currently considering when and how to organise the next project Plenary Meeting either in the Autumn or in the New Year.
- External Advisory Board: we are gathering a potential list of names and discussing a criteria for working with EAB.
- Have had discussions with eInfraCentral on coordinating the work of the projects
- There was an EOSC Summit in Brussels on 12th June organised by the EC. Several EOSCPilot members took part; an EC communique from the meeting with follow.
- D1.2 : Data Management Plan under development and will be delivered at the end of June.

WP2 - Governance
- A dedicated conference call which followed up on last week’s EOSC Summit was held on 19/06. Topics discussed included next steps, meetings and events to be held between now and November, including at eIRG in Tallinn (2/10)
- Specific monthly meetings will be set up to discuss Governance Policy
- Next webinar of the EOSC Governance Development Forum: July 5, 14:00 CEST

WP3 - Policy
- A register of ‘Experts’ on the EOSCpilot website will be set up in the next weeks

WP4 - Science Demonstrators
- WP4 has been working hard on evaluating the next set of 5 science demonstrators: the selection of Science Demonstrators' has been Sent to GA for approval.
- First meeting for demonstrators is planned for July

WP5 - Services
- A WP5 Workshop on Architecture at CNR (Pisa) will be organized on 14-15 September 2017, involving project partners and external participants, potentially also someone from the Commission
- Draft EOSC architecture should be soon available
- Significant work on T5.3 around Service Pilots. Matt Viljoen communicating with WP4 & WP6 on finding resources to support demonstrators

WP6 - EOSC Interoperability
- D6.1: e-Infrastructure Gap Analysis working with demonstrators is being delivered at end of June

WP7 - Skills
- D7.1: Skills landscape analysis and competence model is been under development and will be delivered at the end of June
- F2F meeting on 17 May in Amsterdam focussed on impending deliverable.
- Effort to ensure that partners are aware of what they need to do and are happy with their allocation.

WP8 - Engagement and Communication
- D8.2; Stakeholder Identification & Engagement Strategy Plan is being worked on and will be delivered at the end of June.
- Planning has been started for the Stakeholder Workshop to be held in Brussels, 28-29 November: remember to save the date!
